Site manager - 2nd fix - Insurance job

Pay: £260 per day

Site manager - Flood damage - Strip out and fit out

Location: Nottingham

Duration: 12 Weeks

Start Date: 06/08/2025

One of our established clients is currently looking for a site manager to oversee a strip out and fit out of the ground floor of an apartment block in Nottingham.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of H&S, experience overseeing tradesmen, ensuring the project stays on track for completion, good client-facing communication skills, and experience with ground works.

The main responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing sub-contractors
2. IT literate
3. Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed
4. Ensuring the project remains on schedule

The right candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. SMSTS
2. CSCS Card
3. FAW
4. Roof Experience & Internal refurbishment
