Are you a reliable, proactive, and hands-on individual with a passion for creating safe and welcoming environments? We’re looking for a dedicated Site Manager to become a part of our friendly and supportive school community.

At St Francis Catholic Primary School, we pride ourselves on providing a safe and stimulating learning community where children can learn, play and grow academically, spiritually and morally. As our Site Manager, you’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure our school is always clean, secure, and well-maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the safety and security of the school site.
  • Carrying out general maintenance and repairs.
  • Managing Health & Safety systems and compliance.
  • Supporting school events and lettings (some flexibility required).
  • Collaborating with our part-time Assistant Caretaker (7:30am–10:30am).
  • Hours: 11:15am–6:15pm, Monday to Friday
  • Holiday: 28 days annual leave

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in premises/site management
  • Be confident with general repairs and maintenance
  • Understand Health & Safety procedures
  • Use their initiative and work independently
  • Have basic IT skills (advantageous but not essential)
