Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major Water Reservoir project in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable contractor on a long-term scheme, playing a key role in the delivery of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring safe and efficient progress
2. Manage teams and subcontractors to meet quality and programme targets
3. Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and project stakeholders
4. Ensure compliance with H&S, environmental, and client standards

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing reservoir builds, water pipelines, or large-scale water treatment works (preferably with Thames Water, Anglian Water, or Affinity Water)
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid (Essential)
4. Water Hygiene or EUSR (Desirable)

Location: Based in Luton - applicants should be within commutable distance.
