This is an exciting refurbishment project starting soon, involving a full strip-out and high-quality finishes on a £10m project with a 45-week schedule. The project includes structural work, new roofing, lifts, façade, and interior design elements, providing a comprehensive experience from start to finish.

Picture the scene:

• An existing RC building (~35,000 sq.ft) already stripped out.
• Enabling works starting now, with construction beginning end of June.
• Interior design & build, new partitions, £3m of M&E, £1m of bespoke joinery.
• New roof system, lifts, emergency staircases, glazed tile façade, new entrance with sliding doors and air conditioning.

Do you fit this profile?

• Site Manager with the charm to face clients and the spine to face subcontractors.
• Can manage enabling and structural works solo initially, then report to a Project Manager.
• Refurbishment & fit-out experience, with scars to prove it.

IT literate enough to use modern systems without asking.
