Base pay range

$35,000.00/yr - $40,000.00/yr

Job Title : Site Manager – Infrastructure Projects (UK-Based Role with Visa Sponsorship)

Location: United Kingdom

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Working Hours: 50 hours per week + paid overtime

Visa Sponsorship Available

Work experience: Minimum 5 years

Are you an experienced Site Manager ready for an exciting career opportunity in the UK infrastructure sector? We’re hiring driven professionals with a background in large-scale infrastructure environments like airports, seaports, highways, or industrial projects. This role offers visa sponsorship, a competitive salary, and relocation support for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UK health and safety standards
• Maintain accurate site records and report progress to management
• Manage and motivate on-site teams to meet project goals
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one of the following: Airports, Sea Ports, Highways, or Industrial Projects
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Good health condition (a medical fitness report will be required)
• Clean criminal record with no convictions in the past 5 years
• Valid driving license (international licenses are acceptable)
