Our client is a specialist main contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and new build projects across a variety of sectors commercial, healthcare, education, ecclesiastical, leisure and residential. With typical project values up to GBP250k, they re known for flexibility, fast delivery, and working on sites with real character.

Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now looking for a Site Manager with a strong trade background to join the team with options for both freelance or permanent employment, depending on your preference.

The Role:

• London Based Projects

• Oversee all day-to-day site activities, managing trades, subcontractors, suppliers and health & safety

• Deliver small works and refurb projects to high standards, on time and to budget

• Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team

• Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient site

Requirements:

• Experience managing small-scale refurbishment or fit-out projects (GBP50k GBP250k)

• Strong trade background

• Comfortable working independently on fast-paced sites

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

• Immediate availability preferred
