We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our busy team in Hertfordshire where you will play a pivotal role in shaping luxury residential sites and be part of an exciting journey as our company continues to grow!

Hours of Work:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Site Manager Duties:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day activities onsite, acting as the primary contact for both clients and subcontractors.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure our projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  3. Develop and implement work schedules, monitor adherence to project specifications, and maintain the highest quality standards.
  4. Ensure the site remains in excellent condition, including health and safety compliance.
  5. Keep site logs updated daily and utilise our construction management programme, Procore.
  6. Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and professionalism.

Site Manager Requirements:

  • Relevant construction qualifications and experience
  • Gold card preferred
  • In date SMSTS / SSSTS and First Aid at Work certifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software
