Location: Whetstone, London

Rate: £280 per shift (CIS)

Start Date: 12th May

Duration: 4 weeks (Day shifts)

I am working with a retail fit-out contractor who needs a Site Manager to oversee a full refurbishment of an ASDA store in Whetstone, starting on 12th May. This is a live retail environment, so we are looking for someone experienced, organised, and confident managing fast-paced programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all day-to-day site activity
Oversee trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered to spec
Maintain a safe and tidy site at all times
Liaise with the client and project teams
Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials are available as needed
Complete daily reporting and site paperwork

Requirements:

SMSTS
First Aid (3 day)
CSCS (Manager level)
Fire Marshall certification
Asbestos Awareness
ASDA store experience is essential
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience managing live retail environments
