Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in complex projects? We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead a critical fire safety improvement (FSI) scheme on a prison in the East Midlands. This is a hands-on role that requires immediate availability and specific security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the fire safety improvement works, including installation, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of safety and quality, within a secure and highly regulated environment.
  • Managing the site team, subcontractors, and project timelines.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Liaising with the client and prison staff to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically on fire safety or similar complex projects.
  • Active EL1 Security Clearance is Essential. Applications without this will not be considered.
  • Strong understanding of Fire Safety Improvement (FSI) works.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-security environment and manage sensitive information.
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are required.
