Job Description
Based in Lincoln, Lindum Construction is our main building division acting as a local regional contractor and managing projects between £500,000 and £20 million across all sectors.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to deliver major new build and refurbishment projects in all sectors. You must have experience delivering projects of a similar size for main contractors.
Health and safety qualifications such as SMSTS and First Aid are essential and professional membership or other qualifications would be an advantage. Above all, we are looking for a Site Manager who enjoys autonomy and is able to drive projects forward and develop good relationships with project teams and clients.
The position is full-time, 7.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday and you will be based on a site usually within the East Midlands area and within a 50 mile radius of Lincoln although we occasionally work further afield for repeat clients. The role also involves regular contact with the wider project teams at the Lindum Construction office at our North Hykeham Business Park.
