We’re a family-owned business with ambitious growth plans, currently employing over 700 people. We pride ourselves on building quality, purpose-built one and two-bedroom apartments across the UK for those seeking an independent lifestyle in later life. Our developments are designed to provide security, peace of mind, and independence, removing the hassles and fears associated with aging.

We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager for our new Oxted development in Surrey. You will manage the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development adheres to Company and NHBC standards.
Based on-site and reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades and materials coordination, site presentation, and cost control. The role involves occasional call-outs, but these are infrequent. Working hours are from 7.30 am to 5.00 pm, with potential for additional unpaid hours and occasional weekend work.
Candidates should hold a black or white CSCS card, with a qualification of NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme. Experience in building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation is essential. Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and First Aid at Work certification are required.
You should be assertive, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple deadlines while liaising with various external and internal teams. Influencing skills, supervision experience, and discretion are key qualities.
