Linsco are looking for a Site Manager to start work on a new build care home project. The role will be overseeing the groundworks package for a 1 week cover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee groundworks package
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
