Overview

Site Manager - West Yorkshire

Due to multiple new project wins across the region, my client are looking for experienced Groundworks Site Managers to join their growing team in Yorkshire. You'll play a key role in overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across civil and housing projects
• Oversee groundworks, earthworks, roads & sewers, and external finishing
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail in all site activities
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS qualification
• In-date First Aid Training
• Proven experience within the civil and housing sectors
• Strong knowledge of earthwork operations, road & sewer construction, and external finishing
• A proactive approach with a keen eye for quality and detail
