They are seeking a Site Manager to oversee multiple sites, demonstrating strong knowledge of processes, programs, and health and safety standards. The role of the Site Manager will involve:

1. Traveling across the North West region to manage multiple timber frame new build sites.
2. Ensuring the site program is followed, updating the contract manager with reports on health and safety, RAMS, and progress.
3. Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project delivery.

The successful Site Manager will need:

• Experience in construction, specifically residential plots and timber frame or joinery.
• SMSTS certification and/or Black Card.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel across the North West region.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels on site and within the business.
