Site Manager - Holiday Cover

Summary:

We are seeking a competent Site Manager to provide one-week holiday cover for a small school refurbishment project in Christchurch (PE14). The role requires a start on Friday, 15th August, for a handover, followed by work throughout the following week. As the Site Manager, you will oversee the refurbishment activities, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage daily site operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Providing updates to stakeholders and maintaining site records will also be part of your responsibilities. While a recent DBS check is preferred, it is not mandatory.
