The contractor is known for its excellent reputation, delivering construction projects ranging from £1m to £15m, including refurbishment, new build, and Cut and Carve projects.

The Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with proven longevity as a Senior Site Manager across diverse sectors, managing projects up to £15m. The role involves overseeing a 1-year scheme from start to finish, reporting to a Contracts Manager.

The ideal candidate must be client-facing and capable of managing subordinate management staff. There will be a site manager reporting directly to this role.

• Experience with carpentry trade and higher education qualification in construction preferred
• Deep technical understanding of high-quality workmanship and building
• SMSTS / CSCS - Black / First Aid certification
• Committed team member
