Doocey Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site activities for NGED Major Projects in Kidderminster. You will oversee trenching, duct installation, reinstatement, and HV cable works (11kV & 33kV), coordinating diverse teams and ensuring safety and quality across all project stages.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will drive progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with CDM, NRSWA, and client requirements. A strong leadership mindset is essential.

The Role The Site Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities for NGED Major Projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Overseeing trench excavation, duct installation, reinstatement and HV cable works (11kV & 33kV), the role leads site teams and subcontractors, maintains compliance with company and client requirements and drives progress to meet programme objectives.
