Job summary

LivGreen Ltd is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee daily site operations and lead a team in delivering energy-efficient retrofit projects. You will drive productivity, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-departmental workflows on site.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of safety standards within a construction setting. This site-based position may involve travel between sites and occasional site inspections for quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management ability
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

We prioritize teamwork, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager with a passion for delivering energy efficiency work.

This will be a site-based role, travel between sites may be required.
