Site Manager

Site Manager required for a couple of projects in the Inverness area.

Initial project is a modular build project, dealing with all the roads, kerbing, drainage etc. You will also be tasked with a residential project dealing with all the foundations, roads, slabbing, kerbing and drainage.

Minimum Requirements:

1. SMSTS certification
2. CSCS certification
3. First Aid certification
4. Ability to commute to the projects

Permanent and freelance candidates will be considered, with salary ranging between £45K-£55K, and rate around the £300/Day mark. Temp to Perm is also an option as there is a continuous pipeline of work in the area. Start date asap.
