Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to join a new project in the refurbishment and fit-out sector. The role involves delivering schemes typically valued between 5M and 8M across the UK, with immediate start for an active delivery-focused candidate.

You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure H&S compliance and drive programme progress on a on-site basis for a large national main contractor. Previous refurb/fit-out experience is essential.

• Experience on projects typically valued 5M-8M.

Your new company are a large national Main Contractor, who are part of a larger group of businesses that turnover over 5B. This arm of the business in particular specialise across Refurbishment and Fit Out schemes around UK.

The successful candidate will assist with the delivery of projects ranging in value from 5M - 8M typically.
