You will oversee delivery across commercial units, office space above, and a rooftop terrace and bar, coordinating design & build activities and management of multiple trades on site.

The client is happy to consider both permanent and fixed-term contract options, with focus on schedule, cost control, and quality across all project phases.

Job description

A new client to Sphere are looking to employ a Senior Project Manager with immediate effect.

Your new company are a National Main Contractor, who offer a broad range of services, including Structural & Envelope Intervention, Detail & Build, Design & Build, Traditional Contracting, and Refurbishment, cross projects typically ranging from 500k to 20M+.

This opportunity is in relation to a 74M Refurbishment and Fit-Out project in Bristol, which when complete, will offer Commercial Units across the lower floors, Office Space above, and a Rooftop Terrace and Bar.

At present, my client are happy to consider both Permanent and Fixed Term Contract options.
