Job description

Site Manager required for a refurbishment project in the Havant area. The Site Manager will be overseeing timbre frame high end refurbishment project. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Site Manager will ideally have worked on timbre frame high end or profile projects dealing with high end clients and high spec finishing's. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
