Site Manager - Primary School in Hatfield

A lovely Primary School in Hatfield are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, reliable Site Manager to join their friendly and hardworking team. You will need to be self-motivated, proactive and flexible. In return the school offer you a varied role within a recently built, well-resourced school where all staff are valued, rewarded and offered training opportunities.

The role includes a wide range of duties and responsibilities including security of the buildings and site, health and safety checks, contract and facilities management. Previous experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential. As well as the salary on offer, you will be entitled to join the Local Government Pension Scheme, which is a defined benefit contributory pension scheme.

HOURS OF WORK
  • 7:00-10:30am and 2:15-6:15pm (Monday to Thursday)
  • 7:00-10:00am and 2:15-6:15pm (Friday)
  • 37hrs, 52 weeks per year, 25 days holiday per annum (option to take up to 10 days of the holiday allowance during term time, in 5 day blocks)
  • Possible alternative core working hours subject to negotiation
