Job Opportunity: Site Manager

Location: Projects across London, Southern Home Counties, Cambridge, Oxford, and the Midlands
Company: TRIbuild Solutions on behalf of our client specialising in commercial, industrial, and specialist sector fit-outs and refurbishments
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects ranging from straightforward office fit-outs to extensive refurbishment work.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, and full PPE
  • Experience: Proven management background in Fit-Out, Refurbishment, Commercial, and Industrial sectors
  • References: Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring budget and schedule adherence
  • Create and manage project schedules for timely resource and material availability
  • Organise daily site tasks, labour, and materials logistics
  • Prepare site reports and conduct regular meetings with clients and suppliers
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and manage site inspections
  • Develop and oversee Construction Health & Safety Plans
  • Manage on-site trades, upholding quality standards and site cleanliness
  • Maintain documentation, ensuring insurance and ISO compliance
  • Use construction software to improve workflow
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the public
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed
