Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique de construction recherche un Site Manager pour un projet de rénovation de station ambulancière à Hastings. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience en rénovation, y compris dans le démontage et les travaux de sol. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des sous-traitants et de la liaison avec les clients, avec un salaire de 250 £ par jour.

Qualifications

• Formation en gestion de construction ou équivalent.
• Expérience significative dans le secteur de la construction.
• Connaissance des normes H&S.

Responsibilities

• Gérer le programme de projet et défendre contre les retards.
• Assurer la conformité H&S sur le site.
• Rapporter l'avancement au gestionnaire de contrat.

The Project:
Refurbishment to Ambulance station including, New Structural Screeding, Demolition, Groundworks, & Internals including making good & decorations.

The Role:
We're looking for a No1 Site Manager, someone who can take projects from Demo to handover reporting in to a visiting Contracts Manager. They need someone who is competent managing sub-contractors, and taking on varied refurbishment projects. Must have expertise in Refurbishment, Working as a Lead Site manager, and experience before in demo & Groundworks/Screeding / Interior Refurb also.

You'll be:
·Defending the programme from delay.
·Keeping H&S on track.

- Reporting Progress
- Client Liaison.

What You'll Need:
·New Build experience - work out of the Ground.

- Demo / Groundworks / Screeding & Interiors making good & Decs.
- Experience in Refurbishment.
- Ideally Trade background.

Required Certs:
·SMSTS or CSCS
·First Aid
