Site Manager

A niche refurbishment and new build contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and the Southeast is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Guildford based High End Residential Refurbishment.

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds in London and the Southeast. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Company

Specialising entirely in High-End residential refurbishments and new builds they have recently won a few new projects which means organic growth.

They have a turnover or around £12 million the company is of small size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work with an intimate team.

The director is still hands on, so you'll benefit from a high level of exposure and support from them.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be based on a £ million High-End Fit- out / refurbishments of a large property in Guildford.

It's a fantastic property and project that will extend to around 15 / 16 months.

The projects you will be working on after this are residential refurbishments or new builds around the £500k - £6 million mark.
