Freelance Site Manager - Social Housing Refurb Manchester
Location: Manchester
Start: ASAP
Rate: 250 - 280 per day
Project: Occupied Social Housing Refurbs
Duration: Ongoing

We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Site Manager to oversee a social housing refurbishment scheme across multiple occupied properties in the Manchester area.
You'll be working for a reputable contractor who's got a strong pipeline of decent homes and internal upgrade work.
Your Role:

• Managing trades across multiple homes
  
• Overseeing kitchen & bathroom replacements, rewires, minor repairs
  
• Liaising with tenants, housing officers & site teams
  
• Ensuring health & safety, quality control, and progress updates
  
• Keeping works on programme and to spec
  

What You Need:

• Experience in occupied refurbishments (ideally social housing)
  
• Strong communication & tenant liaison skills
  
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
  
• A proactive, get-stuck-in attitude
