3D Personnel Ltd. is seeking two experienced Site Managers to join a major £100m new-build office development in the London Bridge area.

You will oversee designated areas and packages, coordinating subcontractors to deliver safely, on programme and to high quality standards. Ideal candidates will have strong site management experience with main contractors, a proven track record in commercial/office developments, and solid knowledge of London logistics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of previous Site Manager experience with a recognised main contractor.
  • Experience delivering major commercial, office, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong knowledge of Central London construction logistics.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and large work packages.
  • Background in structural frame, building envelope, internal fit-out or complex logistics would be advantageous.
  • Strong programme, quality and health and safety awareness.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors and daily site activities.
  • Take ownership of allocated construction packages or project areas.
  • Coordinate labour, materials, plant and site logistics.
  • Ensure work is delivered safely and in accordance with the programme.
  • Monitor workmanship and compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the engineering, design, commercial and building-services teams.
  • Chair subcontractor, progress and coordination meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain short-term programmes and look-ahead schedules.
  • Review and manage RAMS, permits, inspections and site records.
  • Identify and resolve construction, sequencing and logistical issues.
  • Drive quality assurance, snagging and package completion.
  • Monitor progress and report potential delays to the senior project team.
  • Promote high standards of health, safety and environmental performance.

The Role

Two experienced Site Managers are required to join the delivery team on a major £100m new-build office development in the London Bridge area.

Each Site Manager will take responsibility for designated areas, packages or sections of the development, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring that work is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
