Site Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC House builder, in assisting them with recruiting a Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Hertfordshire. The scheme comprises of 300 Traditional build units, a mixture of houses and flats.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Taking units from superstructure through to handover.
2. Managing around 40 plots at one time.
3. Managing the programme and subcontractors on site.
4. Ensuring health and safety compliance.
5. Weekly reporting and reporting into the Project Manager on site.

You must have house building experience and have worked for leading UK house builders in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to deliver units to programme.

This is a 12-month freelance role, and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate.
