Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead Smart Home and Renewable Energy projects across Scotland. You will manage site operations, subcontractors and installation teams, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating with senior management, monitoring progress, and reporting while upholding high workmanship and customer service standards and ensuring PAS 2030/2035 compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within renewable energy construction, retrofit or residential installation (Desirable)
• Experience managing subcontractors and installation teams
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Full UK driving licence
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance
• Flexibility to travel and stay away from home across Scotland

• Monitoring project programmes, progress, costs and quality.
• Producing regular project reports and chairing site meetings.
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensuring quality, environmental and health & safety procedures are followed and accurately recorded.
• Keeping up to date with relevant industry regulations, HSE, Ofgem and retrofit requirements.

Site Manager - Glasgow- Salary up to £45,000 Plus car allowance DOE

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing team delivering Smart Home and Renewable Energy projects across Scotland.

As Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard.
