Overview

LMO Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take over responsibility for the delivery of a 6-house residential development. This role involves replacing the current manager on site, so professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to transition smoothly into an ongoing project are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day site management and ensure smooth project continuation.
  • Oversee all trades and subcontractors to maintain progress and quality standards.
  • Ensure all site paperwork, records, and compliance documents are accurately completed and maintained.
  • Manage health & safety on site in line with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
  • Work closely with the client, senior management, and design team to resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Produce and update site reports as required.
Requirements
  • SMSTS certification (essential).
