Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Exeter

Start Date: July 2025

Duration: 18 Weeks

Rate: £280.00 - £300.00 per shift

Experience Needed: CAT A/B Commercial fit out experience (managed 5+ jobs in this sector). Worked on projects valued between £1 Million - £5 Million.

Key Requirements: SMSTS (Essential), CSCS (Essential), Black or White Card, First Aid (Essential), Asbestos awareness.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating handovers and sign-offs.
2. Implementing and improving existing procedures.
3. Leading the day-to-day running of site activities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
6. Updating and checking against the construction programme.
7. Preparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders.
8. Responsible for the successful completion and handover of work sections on site.
9. Ensuring quality standards are achieved by implementing inspection and test plans.
10. Communicating effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the senior management team.
