Site Manager

A high-end refurbishment and new build main contractor, specialising in high-end residential projects in London and the South East, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Chichester-based high-end new build residential project.

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds in London and the South East. The company has a strong pipeline of work and offers a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Company

Specialising entirely in high-end residential refurbishments and new builds, the company has recently secured new projects, leading to organic growth. They are a larger main contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standards of work across South-East England.

You will be working closely with a Senior Project Manager.

The Role

The successful Site Manager will be based on an £8 million new build seafront property. The basement is nearly complete, and work is starting on the structure. Future projects include residential refurbishments or new builds around the £1 million - £10 million mark.

• Experience with fine finishes
