A leading specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for fit-out projects based in Brighton. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing projects and overseeing mechanical and electrical work. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of a project valued at circa £3m. Competitive pay of up to £280 per day is offered.

Overview

Site Manager required in Brighton. Our client is one of the leading specialist contractors in the University and medical fit-out industry and have an ongoing contract with multiple fit-out projects across the South East. Due to continued work and the latest phase due to start at the beginning of October, they are looking to take on an experienced Site Manager ASAP to join the business.

Responsibilities

Demonstratable experience of running projects as the number 1 manager on fit-out projects with some elements of mechanical and electrical work.

Project Details

• Based on site in Brighton
• Project circa £3m
• 14 week programme with potential for further work on completion subject to workload
• Fit out with elements of M&E required

Remuneration and Terms

Up to £280 per day
