Site Manager Opportunity - East Yorkshire

The Company

Our client is an international engineering and construction specialist. They excel in design and build contracts for specialised industrial sectors including advanced manufacturing, technology infrastructure and regulated environments.

They are currently seeking experienced Site Managers to join their team, working on industrial construction projects in North Lincolnshire.

Site Manager

  • Overall management and coordination of construction activities on industrial projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors and direct labour teams
  • Control project schedules, quality standards and site logistics
  • Monitor and report on project progress to management and clients
  • Implement risk management strategies throughout the construction phase
  • Lead technical problem-solving and provide engineering solutions on site
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and regulatory compliance records
  • Coordinate with design teams and project stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth handover of completed works to clients

Required Experience

Industrial construction background, site management expertise, health and safety qualifications (SMSTS), leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction methods, strong communication abilities and proficiency with project management software.
