Job Title: Retrofit Site Manager

Location: Dartford

Salary: GBP50,000 Plus

Role Overview: Lead and manage retrofit projects aimed at enhancing energy efficiency in social housing. Ensure timely, within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Supervise retrofit projects, including energy-efficient upgrades like EWI/IWI, window and door replacements.

• Budget & Schedule Management: Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to adhere to budgets and timelines.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for clients and residents, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: At least 2 years in site management within social housing retrofit projects.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, decarbonisation strategies, and relevant regulations.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Certifications: Valid SMSTS qualification, CSCS card, and driving license. NVQ Level 6 in Site Management is a plus
