Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee civil projects with a focus on groundworks, foundations, drainage, and externals. The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations on site, ensuring all activities adhere to health and safety regulations and quality standards. You will be responsible for organising labour, plant, and materials, and will work closely with subcontractors and site engineers to deliver high-quality retail construction projects. Strong leadership skills are essential for motivating and supervising teams, coordinating project phases, and maintaining progress schedules. An ability to conduct site inspections, report on progress, and liaise with client personnel is vital for this role.
