A well-established family-run cladding business is looking for a strategic Site Manager to oversee roofing projects. The position offers a competitive salary and career stability while allowing for local work with minimal lodging requirements. Candidates must have a proven background in managing roofing installations and hold necessary qualifications including a CSCS card and UK driving license.
GPW Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established, family-run cladding business that is seeking a self-motivated, strategic, and experienced Site Manager to join their team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous self-starter with demonstrable knowledge of installing and managing various roofing systems, such as composite, flat roofing, and facades.
Our client manages the full lifecycle of their projects, from pre-construction to installation, and has been operating for 50 years.
While projects span across the North West, North Wales, Cumbria, and parts of Yorkshire, there is rarely a need to lodge on-site, as all sites are managed with local labor and management.
Strong communication and management skills are essential, as the role involves organizing, supervising, and training subcontractors to ensure project progress.
You must hold a full UK driving license, have a valid CSCS card, and possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Exposure to roofing or facade systems is essential for this role.
