Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join our well-established client.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
• Monitor production to resolve issues.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (attendance, performance).
• Ensure staff levels are maintained according to requirements on each shift, with appropriate sickness and holiday cover.
• Ensure output meets quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety precautions.
• Organize workflow to achieve customer deadlines.

Requirements and Skills:

• Outstanding communication ability.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven experience within production.
• Deep knowledge of production management.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Engineering or electrical background would be beneficial but not essential; however, you must be mechanically minded.

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: GBP43,000 - GBP48,000 Per Annum.

Company bonus scheme based on personal objectives and company performance.
