Site Manager

Site Manager required for a new build housing project near Bognor.

The site consists of around 100 new build houses and maisonettes left to build, with some at various stages of construction.

We are looking for a Site Manager who has previous new build residential experience and knows how to manage all aspects of the project.

This is likely to be a long-term role which ideally will transition from temporary to permanent over time.

Relevant up-to-date certification is required.

Ideally, candidates should be available to start next week after the Bank Holiday.
