Une entreprise recherche un Site Manager freelance pour un projet de rénovation à Brighton. L'expert sera responsable de la supervision d'un projet de rénovation de 100k£ avec la possibilité d'une extension. Le rôle exige des compétences en communication, une solide expérience en gestion de projet, ainsi que des certifications CSCS et SMSTS.

Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de projets de rénovation précédents.
• Capacité à superviser le personnel sur site.
• Rédaction de RAMS et évaluations des risques.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller et coordonner les activités des staff et sous-traitants.
• Maintenir des normes élevées de santé et sécurité.
• Rédiger toutes les procédures et évaluations des risques.

CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER
BRIGHTON, BN1
PROJECT DURATION: 8 WEEKS (+ POSSIBLE NEXT PHASE 32 WEEKS)
DAY RATE: 260 PER DAY

This job for a freelance Site Manager joins an established project team on a scheme in Brighton to start ideally Monday 16th June but has a weeks flex. The key responsibility in this role of the Site Manager will be overseeing 100k refurbishment project of a commercial unit and awaiting confirmation of the next phase 500k refurbishment with the chance for a further 32 weeks. You you be an experienced site manager who has previously managed fit out / refurbishment projects and the capability from start to completion.

Key skills and experience required:

• Maintaining high levels of health, safety and environmental standards
• Strong communication and liaison skills
• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work.
• Day to day supervision and co–ordination of on–site staff, subcontractors, plant and materials
• Building and maintaining good relationships across all subcontractors and direct employees
• Writing all RAMS and risk assessments for each activity.
• Maintain strict quality control procedures and conduct regular site safety checks
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
