Site Manager

Northampton

£300.00 - £320.00 per day.

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for Northampton, working on a school project, this means you must have an enhanced DBS check for the role.

Duties:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate and manage on-site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce company policies
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Manage resources, schedules, and budgets effectively
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays
• Ensure site is secure and materials are stored safely and correctly
• Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, deliveries, and incident reports
• Lead site meetings and provide direction to the team
