Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a £1m refurbishment and SEN school conversion in Hove, near Brighton. You will oversee the full strip-out, refurbishment and fit-out works from start to handover, coordinating trades and ensuring delivery on time and to budget.

Requirements include proven site management experience on refurbishment projects, strong health and safety knowledge, and certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

SITE MANAGER HOVE, BRIGHTON

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a £1m refurbishment project in Hove, starting late October / early November.

The project involves the full strip-out and refit of an existing building, which is being converted into an SEN school. The project is expected to run for approximately 6 months, with the successful Site Manager overseeing the works from initial strip-out through to final handover.

The role:

• Full site management from start to completion
• Overseeing strip-out, refurbishment and fit-out works
• Managing subcontractors and site labour
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard
• Coordinating trades and deliveries
• Working closely with the Project Manager and client
• Maintaining site records, RAMS and health & safety requirements
• Taking the project through to final handover
