Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a £1m SEN school refurbishment in Hove, Brighton. You will lead the project from strip-out to handover, ensuring safety, quality and timeline adherence on site.

The role requires proven refurbishment/fit-out management, SMSTS/CSCS, First Aid and strong communication. The project is due to start late October/early November and runs about six months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager on refurbishment/fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card holder.
• First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Full site management from start to completion.
• Overseeing strip-out, refurbishment and fit-out works.
• Managing subcontractors and site labour.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard.
• Coordinating trades and deliveries.
• Working closely with the Project Manager and client.
• Maintaining site records, RAMS and health & safety requirements.
• Taking the project through to final handover.
