JAM is seeking a Site Construction Manager for large-scale solar, BESS and infrastructure projects in the East Midlands. You will manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with the EPC Project Manager to deliver the programme, and oversee subcontractors, site teams, materials and resources to meet drawings and RAMS.

You will lead site meetings, monitor quality and productivity, ensure QHSE compliance, resolve issues, maintain records and support inspections, testing, commissioning

Qualificações

• Experience on large-scale solar, renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong subcontractor and site team management experience.
• Good understanding of construction programmes, RAMS and H&S.
• Experience coordinating civils, electrical and mechanical works.
• Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working on live construction sites.
