Job summary

Endeavour Primary School in East Kilbride is seeking a permanent site manager to lead the school’s site team. You will oversee building maintenance, supervise a small staff, and coordinate work with external contractors to keep the site safe and well maintained.

The role is 37 hours per week, with early-morning and late-afternoon sessions. DBS check is required, visa sponsorship is not available, and you will be expected to uphold safeguarding and confidentiality while supporting children’s

Permanent site manager post in the site team at Endeavour Primary School, part of Inspire Learning Partnership. The work centres on building maintenance, leading a small team of staff and managing contractors across the site. Hours are 37 a week split between early-morning and late-afternoon sessions, and school experience is not required if the candidate has a real interest in children's welfare.
