Site manager role in Crewe, Cheshire developing new build houses. Building 2/3/4 new build timber frame units. We are requiring an experienced and highly motivated site manager to help the team fulfil the residential development, an excellent opportunity to work with well-established house building organisations, delivering family homes at exceptional standards.

Job Role Details

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Crewe, Cheshire, CW1

Hourly rate: £25.00 - £26.00

Duration: Long term

Start date: Immediate

Duties required:

  1. Deliver projects within time & budget
  2. Material call offs
  3. Co-ordinating staff ensuring they carry out their required role in accordance with policies and procedures
  4. Effective Health and Safety Management
  5. Ensuring the achievement of project targets
  6. Maintaining quality control checks
  7. Dealing with challenges on a day-to-day basis
