Job summary

A construction management firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Crawley. This role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating refurbishment activities, and maintaining high health and safety standards. Proven experience in refurbishment projects is required, along with essential certifications like SMSTS and First Aid at Work. The contract is for 4 weeks, starting on Monday, August 4th.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally commercial fit-out.
• SMSTS certification is essential.
• First Aid at Work certification is essential.

• Ensure the project stays on programme and to spec

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness

• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks

• Liaise with the client, project manager, and suppliers

Requirements:
