Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Site Manager for a permanent, site-based role in the North West (Warrington area) with national travel. Salary around £50,000 plus a company van, progression and benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role focuses on commercial office fit outs and refurbishment projects, with ownership from setup through to completion. You will oversee projects across office environments, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure site activities run smoothly.

Warrington, North West (Can be located: Liverpool, Manchester, Leigh, Wigan, Runcorn, Chester, Bolton and surrounding areas)

Are you a Site Manager with experience in commercial office fit outs, looking to join for a secure permanent and varied role working on prestige projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of office fit out and refurbishment projects, managing sites from initial set-up through to completion. This will be coupled with training from experts in the field and progression into senior management.

The company are a multi-million pound contractor within the Commercial sector. They work with some leading Interior Design projects for some blue-chip clients.

This is a Monday - Friday role managing your own diary with flexibility. You will be predominately North West based with some National travel. You will oversee Projects within a range of commercial settings including office fit outs, Electrical installation and bespoke design.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
