Site Manager - Retrofit Works (Social Housing)
Location: Westminster

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee retrofit works within the social housing sector in Westminster. This is an excellent opportunity to lead energy efficiency and refurbishment projects that make a real difference to residents and communities.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of retrofit works on occupied and void social housing properties. This includes managing site teams, ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site activities for retrofit and energy efficiency works.

  • Oversee site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

  • Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.

  • Monitor progress, quality, and costs, taking corrective action where necessary.

  • Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and regular progress meetings.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the social housing sector.

  • Strong knowledge of retrofit works, PAS 2035, and energy efficiency upgrades.

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

  • Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.
